Day 9 - Made it to Chadron, NE

We spent the night at the Wal-Mart in Sidney.  It had the most trucks at a Wal-Mart that I have ever seen!  There must have been about 50 trucks there!

After getting up we went back to Cabela's to dump our tanks again and fill up our freshwater tank.

Next stop a laundromat called Clothes Hamper to wash clothes and eat breakfast while we waited.

A stop back at Sapps for fuel and on the road.

We stopped at Courthouse and Jail Rock, it was amazing!

Next stop was Chimney Rock, nice but we liked Courthouse and Jail Rock better.

Next stop in Alliance for Carhenge and Dobby's  Frontier Town.  I will be adding photos and videos later.


We are settled in for the night here in Chadron now.

Day 8 - Made it to Sidney, NE

We left Kearney and stopped at Heartland Museum of Military Vehicles. It was great!

Next stop was a Pony Express Station and Museum in Gothenburg.



Next stop was the Sod House.

Then stopped for a few minutes at Buffalo Bill's Scout Rest  Ranch.

Next stop dinner at Ole's Big Game Restaurant and Bar in Paxton.

Next and last stop, Cabela's in Sidney
