Today we stopped for lunch in downtown Lima, Ohio. We were looking for something different and found Kewpee Hamburgers on the Roadside America website. Glad we did! This restaurant has a rich history going back to 1939 and still has the big Kewpee on the front façade. I even read online that it had a turntable installed to spin cars around in order to exit the lot. This was a huge hit with the kids! Today the turntable is gone, but not the memories of it. The staff was super friendly and fun! Deb had a nice chat with a lady waiting in her car in the drive-thru lane. She and many Lima residents still love these burgers after many, many years!
We brought our food back to our Coachmen Beyond because their inside dining is closed due to Covid.
